Good & Services

Prices and availability of goods and services are subject to change. All prices include VAT.

We aim to have all pricing on correct, however on rare occasions errors do occur. If this does happen, we will email you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order if you do not wish to pay the difference. Should you decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Please note there can be a short delay in the money appearing in your account due to bank processing time which is outside of our control.

We are unable to guarantee any racket that exceeds the recommended maximum string tension when providing our racket stringing service.

We will make every effort to print the manufacturer’s logo on strings when providing our racket stringing service but this cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-12pm Orders

If you’ve ordered before 12pm Monday-Friday, we will always aim to dispatch the same day. We cannot be held liable for longer delivery times due to courier issues.

Please be aware that customisation services such as racket restringing and clothing printing may cause a minimum 48 hour delay in dispatching your order.


If you happen to be unavailable when delivery of the parcel is attempted, we instruct the couriers to try to leave your goods with a neighbour where possible. A signature may be required to reduce risk of potential theft. Couriers may also take a photograph of the delivered parcel as proof of goods being delivered. We would not be responsible for loss of the parcel if the parcel has been marked as delivered and either a signature or a photograph of the delivered parcel taken.

Please do not refuse a delivery from the courier company. The cost involved in processing and returning the parcel is £15 and the customer will be charged this amount if delivery is refused.

If a parcel is returned to us by the courier as a result of multiple missed deliveries, or due to a parcel being delivered to a pick up shop and not being collected by the recipient, a £10 fee is charged when refunding the order, or prior to having this shipped again.
To avoid any extra charges, please make sure accurate delivery details are given and that someone is available to receive the parcel.

Gear4Sport has a simple 30 Day returns upon receipt of the goods.
In order for returns and exchanges to be accepted, the ordered items need to show no signs of having been worn/used, and parts cannot have been customised in any way.

If we have made an error by sending the wrong product, please inform us within 7 days of the delivery. We will do our best fix this this efficiently, and leave you happy and satisfied with our service.

If an item returned does show signs of use, unless proven to be faulty at the point of sale, please be aware the customer is responsible for any returns costs.


If a product develops a manufacturing fault or defect within 30 days of purchase, these will be covered. If the product develops a manufacturing fault or defect after 30 days, we will work with the brand/supplier to see if it can be covered. This will be subject to how the damage has occurred.


If you have asked for a refund and it’s been confirmed by one of our team as issued, please be aware that the money will appear in your account according to your bank. This is usually within 3 working days but can be longer.

We sell sports equipment and there is a risk involved in using the products sold, as with any sports site/equipment. It is strongly recommended that proper protective gear be worn at all times when using the products sold on this site. All persons who use/wear products sold by Gear4Sport do so at their own risk and accept full liability of any consequences.

Gear4Sport and its owners/officers/directors/employees or representatives will not be held liable for any injury, accident, death, property damage or incidental and consequential damages arising out of the use of products sold. You also agree to assume and accept all risks of serious bodily injury arising from the use of any products sold.

Customers are responsible for checking and maintaining the safety of products before use.

Gear4Sport reserves the right to cancel any order up to the point of delivery.

    1. Failed/Refused Deliveries
      This rarely happens but is something we must cover just in case. For failed deliveries due to a customer repeatedly not being available (or the wrong address details being provided), there will be a £10.00 courier fee to return your parcel to us. Similarly, if the delivery is refused there will be a £15.00 courier return fee.
    2. Defective Goods
      If for any reason you receive your goods with a defect or cosmetic damage, please contact us. We require contact within 30 days of delivery and for the item to be returned to us within a further 14 days. Unfortunately, if there are signs of use upon return we will not be able to refund or replace your item(s).
    3. Abusive Behaviour
      Gear4Sport will not tolerate rude or abusive speech or email content. Our aim is for 100% customer satisfaction and thus we endeavour to help our customers to the best of our abilities by striving to meet our customer’s requirements. Therefore, we appreciate your polite cooperation.
    4. Order Cancellation
      We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in situations where Gear4Sport deems it necessary.
    5. Product Page Descriptions
      All fitting & technical information is given to the best of our knowledge, but due to the rapidly changing nature of products, it is impossible for us to guarantee everything is accurate.

We will advise you as best we can, but we cannot be held responsible if a particular item does not work for you.

We will be happy to accept unsuitable items for refund or exchange, as long as they are unused and purchased less than 30 days prior to return.
